I think it’s important that the apparatus benefits a range of different ages. It needs to have parts that are accessible for little ones but interesting and difficult enough for the older ones to enjoy it. I like the look of the Lappset multi-activity unit. Is there also money for football nets or basketball hoop? Possibly a large sandpit?

      Hi Hannah,
The options have been chosen to give a mix for all ages up to 15.
A new set of nets was bought a while back but hasn’t been put up to date.
Unfortunately, basketball courts would be too noisy for the neighbours and a sandpit is too high maintenance.
But hopefully the new equipment will provide more play opportunities. And thanks very much for the feedback, much appreciated!

I like the Brigg or the Lappsett as I think they could both be used in more imaginative play.

The Lappset and Fairfield Playset unit look great, lots for all ages of children to interact with. It would also be great if we could still include swings as all children seem to love those.
It will be great if there is still lots of green space for football etc.
Thank you for all these fantastic options.

The Lappset or Fairfield seem to offer a wide range for different ages to interact with. Would it be possible to include swings as these are always very popular and I think would be missed. Will it still be possible to include significant green space for football/ rounders or cricket.
