November 2020 saw the launch of Quidhampton artists’ 2nd second virtual Art Exhibition at www.quidhamptonwiltshire.com
Thirteen artists aged 15 to 97 are exhibiting their work for the enjoyment of villagers, the public everywhere, and for the benefit of Salisbury Hospice Charity whose fundraising has been hit by the pandemic.
This new exhibition shows new work done over the summer and in the second lockdown, with some older and treasured works never before exhibited in public.
Funds can be donated from the exhibition website or by hand in the village for the Salisbury Hospice Charity. The hospice provides care free of charge in the region and relies on donations of £1.5million per year towards running costs. Their fundraising has obviously been hit very hard this year with the cancellation of all major fundraising events.
